摘要 目的 使用酶联免疫吸附试验 (ELISA)方法诊断梅毒螺旋体感染的可行性。方法 用目前国内最常用的诊断梅毒螺旋体感染的TRUST试剂及ELISA试剂检测 6 3例梅毒患者和 2 2例自身免疫性疾病患者的血清样本 ,同时与梅毒螺旋体明胶凝集试验 (TPPA)的检测结果进行比较 ,从而得到各试剂的假阴性率和假阳性率。结果 对 6 3份阳性和2 2份阴性样本的检测中 ,所用TRUST试剂的假阴性率和假阳性率分别为 2 8 5 7%、18 18% ;TP ELISA试剂的假阴性率和假阳性率分别为 0 %和 0 %。结论 使用灵敏特异的ELISA方法诊断梅毒螺旋体感染是可行的。 Objective To determinate the necessity of using ELISA method in serological diagnosis of treponema infection.Methods The TRUST kit which is most frequently used in China at present and the ELISA kit were used to detect eighty five serum samples from patients with or without syphilis.The results of the above different methods were compared with the result of treponema pallidum particle agglutination (TPPA).Then,the false negative rate and the false positive rate of the different methods were calculated. Results The false negative rate and false positive of the TRUST kit (28.57% and 18.18%) were significantly higher than those of the ELISA kit (0% and 0% ,P <0.01).Conclusion The sensitive and specific ELISA could be used as a diagnosing test for syphilis.
