摘要
通过开展粮食低温储藏技术应用的实仓试验 ,对试验仓和对照仓内优质稻谷进行了为期一年的跟踪检测。对比试验的结果表明 :不论是在保持储粮品质方面 ,还是在提高储粮经济效益方面 ,低温储藏技术均呈现出常规储藏无法比拟的优越性。同时 ,针对制约低温储藏技术发展的主要因素 ,提出了相应的基本对策 ,并阐述了推动粮食低温储藏技术应用的发展设想和建议。
The technology of low temperature grain storage was tested in model bin,and the paddy of quality in test and control warehouse had been determined for l year.The results showed that the technology of low temperature grain storage is more superiority than conventional grain storage,not only in maintaining the quality of stored-grain,but also in improving the economy efficiency of grain storage.To push the application of low temperature grain storage forward,some measures and suggestions which were directed at restraining development of the technology were given.
