摘要
应用高频红外碳硫仪 ,建立了硅铁中硫的测定方法。对试样的用量 ,特别是助熔剂的选择和配比进行了探讨。助熔剂最佳配比为 :0 4g锡粒 +0 2 0 0 0g样品 +0 5 0g纯铁 +1 5 0g钨粒。分析结果令人满意 ,该法现已应用于工作中。
A method using highfrequency infrared is deveolped for determination of sulfur in ferrosilicon.The amount of sample and the selection of flux is discussed.The composition of flux is 0.4 g tin pellet+0.2000 g sample +0.50 g pure iron +1.50 g tungsten.The analytical result is available and has been used in analysis.
