混合碱效应对碲酸盐玻璃热稳定性的影响 被引量:7

摘要 制备了一系列分别含有Li2 O/Na2 O、Li2 O/K2 O、Na2 O/K2 O不同摩尔比的 0 7TeO2- 0 2ZnO -xR2 O - (0 1-x)R′2 O系统碲酸盐玻璃 .通过DSC测定玻璃的转变温度Tg 和析晶开始温度Tx,研究了混合碱效应对玻璃热稳定性的影响 .结果表明 ,当Li2 O/Na2 O、Li2 O/K2 O、Na2 O/K2 O的摩尔比分别为 1∶4 ,2∶3,1∶4时 ,玻璃的热稳定性较好 ;0 7TeO2 -0 2ZnO -xLi2 O - (0 1-x)K2 O系列玻璃的热稳定性普遍比同配比的 0 7TeO2 - 0 2ZnO-xLi2 O - (0 1-x)Na2 O系列玻璃的热稳定性高 ,0 7TeO2 - 0 2ZnO -xNa2 O - (0 1-x)K2 O系列的又比 0 7TeO2 - 0 2ZnO -xLi2 O - (0 1-x)K2 Tellurite glasses of 0.7TeO 2-0.2ZnO-xR 2O-(0.1-x)R′ 2O with various mole ratios of Li 2O to Na 2O, Li 2O to K 2O and Na 2O to K 2O were prepared. With the measurement of vitrification point T g and crystallization temperature T x by DSC, the effect of the mixed alkali on the thermal stability of tellurite glasses were investigated. The results indicate that the glass system is of excellent thermal stability when the mole ratios of Li 2O to Na 2O, Li 2O to K 2O and Na 2O to K 2O are respectively 1∶4, 2∶3 and 1∶4, and that the 0.7TeO 2-0.2ZnO-xLi 2O-(0.1-x)K 2O glass system is generally more thermally stable than the 0.7TeO 2-0.2ZnO-xLi 2O-(0.1-x)Na 2O system while more unstable than the 0.7TeO 2-0.2ZnO-xNa 2O-(0.1-x)K 2O system.
