Research on the Integrating for CAPP and PPC in Shipbuilding System Based on Agile Virtual Enterprise Concept

讨论了基于并行工程概念的工艺计划和生产计划的集成问题,用以提高在动态联盟环境下CAPP的动态性和生产计划的稳定性,并对船舶工程计划管理系统进行优化。在分析各自流程的基础上,建立了工艺计划与生产计划的集成结构,并将该模式应用于船台吊装流程的确定与吊装计划的编制。

Discusses the problem of the integrating of CAPP and PPC for Shipbuilding System based on Agile Virtual Enterprise concept, in order to improve the dynamic properpty of CAPP and the stability of PPC, and to optimize the Shipbuilding Plan Management.After analysing ship CAPP and PPC features, the integrating model of CAPP and PPC is constructed, and shipyard erecting process and shipyard erecting plan are presented by using this model.
