摘要 讨论了船舶供应链合作伙伴选择的重要性和选择方法,并阐述了合作伙伴选择的步骤。在分析了供应链中影响合作伙伴选择的主要因素基础上,确定了基于船舶全生命周期的供应商评价准则。归纳了合作伙伴选择的各种方法,并以多目标决策模型为基础,引入熵的概念,改进了合作伙伴模糊评价方法,使决策更客观。最后用实例加以比较分析。 The importance of cooperative partner selection on ship supply chain and the methods of partner selection are discussed, and the process of supplier selection is described. Main factors that influence the choice of cooperative partners in supply chain are presented, and criteria of supplier selection based on ship lifecycle are introduced. Many methods of supplier selection are summarized and the entropy conception is introduced for improving the fuzzy evaluation method based on multi-goal decision model in order to avoid subjective influence. Finally the example is presented.
