旋转喷粉(熔剂)精炼铝液的模拟试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 模拟试验研究表明:旋转喷粉较传统喷粉,粉剂分布均匀,液面平稳。在饱和的NaOH(pH值=12)溶液中,喷吹CO2气体,测定了代表反应速率的表观传质系数和反应效果的CO2利用率,及其与桨端线速度和CO2气体流量的关系。结果表明:旋转喷吹较传统喷吹具有显著的优越性。对于旋转喷粉装置研制了喉口板,可随时变更喉口直径,改进了适合喷粉的旋转接头和旋转浆的结构。工艺方面确定了罐顶气流,流态化气流及助吹气流的作用及其之间的关系和合理的气体流量。旋转喷粉具有喷粉和微气泡精炼双重效果。 Simulation test demonstrate that, rotating injecting powder compare with common injecting powder, the powder distributed uniformly, liquid surface express even. Coefficient of mass-transfer express as gas-liquid reaction rate and efficiency of gas absorption was investigated through the model test and relationship on velocity of the rotating blade and gas flow. It was shown from the experiment results that, rotating injecting powder was superior outstanding to common injecting powder,throat opening plate, variable diameter of throat opening were developed.Injecting powder of rotating coupling spindle and construction of blade on the technical was improved relationship between gas top flow, fluidized gas flow and auxiliary gas flow, and adaptable gas flow are determined. Rotating injecting powder was doubling effect of injecting powder and mini bubble refining.
