摘要 研究了Al Li Cu Mg Zr系8090合金在不同时效状态下的疲劳行为。结果表明,时效对合金的显微组织和疲劳性能有显著的影响。合金在峰值时效状态下疲劳性能最佳且静强度最高,而在欠时效状态下塑性最好,过时效对合金的塑性和疲劳性能不利。 Fatigue behavior was studied for an Al-Li-Mg-Cu-Zr alloy 8090 in different aging conditions.The results showed that the aging had marked influence for the fatigue behavior of the alloy. The alloy exhibited optimum fatigue properties and highest static strength in the PA condition, The alloy has the highest ductility in the UA condition. Overaging is deleterious to the ductility and fatigue property of the alloy.
