摘要
21世纪人才资源将成为科技进步、企业发展的第一资源 ,成为人类财富增长、经济进步的源泉。中国加入WTO后 ,我国经济将逐步加入全球经济一体化轨道 ,我国国有企业面临的人才竞争将更加激烈。为减少加入WTO给我国国有企业人才竞争带来的冲击 ,有效地控制我国大型国有企业人才规模 ,对深化我国大型国有企业改革及其生存与发展有着重要的意义。
In the 21st century, talent resources will be in the first place resources for the advance of science and technology and also the development of enterprises. It will be the source of social wealth and the power of the economic growth after our country joined the WTO, national economy will be brought into the entire orbit of the globalized economy step by step. The talent competition of the state-owned enterprises will be more and more intense. It is important to control large-sized and state-owned enterprise talent scale in order to further the reform and maintain the survial and development.
