摘要
对在冲天炉熔炼条件下,应用铬铜铸铁代替钼铜铸铁生产重型机械减摩件的典型生产数据进行了分析与讨论,并简要总结了控制铬铜铸铁力学性能的实践经验,以及钼铜、铬铜和铬镍铸铁的特点与选用原则。
This article has made an analysis and discussion of typical production data in production of heavy machinery antifriction parts by using chrome-copper cast iron instead of molybdenum-copper cast iron on the condition of cupola smelting. And then it has briefly summarized the practical experience in control of mechanical property of chrome-copper cast iron, and characteristic and selection principle of molybdenum-copper cast iron, chrome-copper cast iron and chrome-nickel cast iron.
