[背景 ]巴 希二氏综合征临床表现较为复杂 ,易误诊 .[病例报告 ]2例巴 希二氏综合征病人主诉为腹胀和腹水 ,下肢浮肿 ,血流方向向上 ,两侧胸腔积液 ,肝脾肿大 .[讨论 ]巴 希二氏综合征的临床表现与阻塞部位有关 .

BACKGROUNDThe clinical manifestation of Budd-Chiari syndrome is complicated, and Budd-Chiari syndrome is misdiagnosised frequently.CASE REPORTThe chief complaint of 2 cases of Budd-Chiari syndrome were abdominal distension and ascites, the legs edema, the blood direction headings up, two side pleural effusion and the hepatosplenomegaly.DISCUSSIONThe clinical manifestaion of Budd-Chiari syndrome is related to the position of blocking.
