摘要
设计了折叠型蜂窝纸板箱的压痕试验装置,通过纸箱的成型及压缩试验验证了蜂窝纸板压痕折叠成型工艺的可行性.对于常用的20mm厚的蜂窝纸板箱,其抗压力可达2900N(箱体尺寸280×250×330mm)以上,但在试验条件下,压痕参数、箱体粘合方式对抗压力影响不大.较优的压痕参数取槽形底角为30°,压痕深度以5mm为宜.
Based on compression test of the honeycomb cardboard boxes, this paper discusses the equipment that can make the compressibility of the honeycomb cardboard boxes. It has been proved that the folding honeycomb cardboard boxes forming process is feasible. As the usual cardboard thickness (about 20mm), the compress resistance′s highest level is above 2 900 N(the box′s dimension 280×250×330 mm).The results show that the optimal parameters are that the compress angle is 30 and the compress profundity is 5 mm.
