摘要
以北京奥运会为代表的重大国际活动是文化经济的瞬时经典 ,它们既蕴含对于主办地的巨大发展促进力 ,也潜伏着出现负面效益弹性的危险。主办者要确立适度的文化经济目标 ,制定使文化产业强势化的发展战略 ,提供系列化的支撑要素和高质量的运作过程 ,从而保证筹办重大国际活动的初衷———重塑形象、提升地位、吸引规模化的外部资本与消费等变成理想的现实。
The city construction of Beijing has achieved prominent results;at the same time,there is a trend of neglecting historical city culture and resource advantage in traditional old city zones. The problem of “big resident zone” extruding the space of industry development arises. Beginning with “old city reconstruction”,the 20-year-long “city revolution” in Beijing has come to an end. Now people shall take a rescue attitude towards the orientation of old city zone,make clear the demand on it from China and the world,protect the present cultural resource advantages,leave the space for cultural industry development, and complete the “old city reconstruction” project successfully considering the benefits of the whole city.
