摘要
人口老龄化已成为当今世界的一个突出的社会问题 ,它是人类社会经济发展到一定阶段的必然产物 ,北京市人口老龄化也是一个不可避免的历史过程。但与发达国家相比 ,北京人口老龄化的特点是经济发展滞后而老龄化超前。进一步开发与完善北京老年市场是发展北京经济的一个重要问题。从营销心理学的角度分析老年消费心理与行为特征 ,并为进一步制定老年市场的营销策略提供理论依据 ,势在必行。
The 21 st century is called the century of agedness. The agedness of the population has become a prominent social problem of today's world. It is also an inevitable result of the economic development to a certain stage. The aging of Beijing population is as well an inevitable historical process. Compared to those developed countries,there is a quite large lag between Beijing population agedness and economic development. It means that the development of economy is delayed but the population agedness is ahead of time. One of the important problems in developing the economy of Beijing is to further develop and perfect the market for the elderly people. In this connection,it analyzed the psychological and behavioral characteristics of the consumption of senior citizens. This can be used as the academic basis in making further marketing policies.
