三种试验方法检测莱姆病抗体比较

The Comparison of Three Serological Methods for the Detection of Antibodies Against Lyme Disease

本文采用IFA、ELISA、CF诊断技术,对分别采自云南、辽宁的271份林业工人血清进行莱姆病抗体检测,对其敏感性、特异性等指标进行比较。结果是IFA呈现(≥1:128)阳性41份;ELISA超过OD值X+3SD(OD≥0.83)56份;CF呈现(≥1:128)阳性38份。三种试验方法阳性率(％)之比为100.00:136.55:92.66。CF虽操作复杂,但选择性极强,相对低的敏感性有助于识别真正的莱姆病。

This paper reports the application of IFA,ELISA and CF diagnostic techniques for the detection of antibodies against Lyme disease in 271 serum samples collected from forest-workers in Yunnan and Liaoning province The sensitivity and specificity of the above three tests have been compared.There are 41positive serum samples (≥1:128) in IFA test; excess OD value X+3SD (OD≥0.83) in 56 serum samples in ELISA;38 positive serum samples (≥1:128) in CF test.The ratio of the positive rate of the above three tests was as follow ing; 100.00:136.55:92.66.Although CF test is complex,it is very selective and relatively low sensitive.The latter may be helpful to recognize true Lyme disease.
