华支睾吸虫病血清循环抗原的检测及动态观察 被引量:4

摘要 应用华支睾吸虫生虫抗原、代谢抗原以I-ELISA及双夹心ELISA法检测兔感染华支睾吸虫病血清中的循环抗原(CA)。结果显示,兔感染囊蚴后第3~10天血清中可检测出CA,以后CA量及检出阳性率逐渐增加,于38~45天达高峰,以后很快下降,呈一锐峰型,然后维持在一定水平。实验表明ELISA检测CA较为敏感、特异、简便,可用于早期诊断。 Inhibition-ELISA (I-ELISA) and sandwich ELISA(S-ELISA) were used for the detection of circulating antigen (CA) from adult whole worm antigen,and metabolic antigen.The results revealed that CA could be detected on 3rd-10th day after infection in rabbit sera by I-ELISA and S-ELISA.The level of CA was elevated and reached the peak on days 38 and 45,then dropped down quickly and maintained at a certain level thereafter.It was shown I-ELISA was a more sensitive,specific and feasile immunodiag-nostic technique and might be applicable in early diagnosis of Clonorchiasis.
