钩端螺旋体复方明胶培养基的研制

Produce of Compound Gelatin Medium for Leptospira

本文报道了钩端螺旋体(以下简称钩体)生长速度快、浓度高的一种新型综合培养基;该培养基制备方法简便,可经反复高压蒸汽灭菌,保存期长。所试验的钩体菌株包括标准株(56601、56605、56608)、地方株(波摩那群:罗株、澳洲群上34株)和水生林(Patoc Ⅰ株),培养5至7天可达生长高峰;钩体在该培养基中经过三年的传代培养,未发现抗原性变异。

This article deals with a new compound leptospira medium which can be prepared in a simple and convenient way.It favors rapid growth of leptospira in a relatively short time and at a high con-centra-tion.The medium contains stable ingredients,being able to stand the sterilization under autoclave steam pressure at 121℃ over and over again.It can be preserved for a long time without any decay to unfavor the growth of leptospira.Four different types of leptospira were inoculated in this new medium for a period of 5 to 7 days and all the types of leptospira growed well and reached the maximum density of 1.5 ~2.0×109/ml.The analysis of antigenicity of leptospira grown in this mediun showed that the anti-genicity had no change after subculturing 35 generations for a period of two years if compared with that in Korthof medium.This new medium will be certainly useful for diagnosis,teaching and epidemiological survey of leptospiral disease and also convenient to be applied in clinical laboratories of vast basic health units.
