C型逆转录病毒与人类白血病关系的探讨

Retrovirus with Type C.Morphology and Human Leukemia

我们以间接免疫荧光法和免疫电镜技术测定C型逆转录病毒。共检测102例,其中淋巴细胞白血病28例、急性非淋巴细胞白血病21例,T细胞白血病3例,正常人50例。结果正常人对照组逆转录病毒抗原全部阴性,病人组阳性率为19.23％。两组阳性率差异十分明显(P<0.01)。在10例病毒抗原阳性标本中,4例有病毒颗粒,此颗粒有囊膜、拟核居中,为球形,直径大于200nm,是C型病毒颗粒。

Indirect immunofluorescence test and immun electrone microscopy test were used for assay of retro-viruses.One hundred and two samples were detected,including 50 sampls from nomal subjects,28 sampls from patients with lymphcytic leukemia,21 samples from patients with non lymphocytic leukemia,3 samples from T-cell leukemia.The antigen were deteced in 10 casese of leukemia patients.The positive rate were 19.23% (10/52).All nomal subjst were negitive.The viruses particles with type c mophology were found In positive samples of retrovirus antigen.Mature viru-ses particles were large (more than 200nm diameter),consisted of electron-dense,surrouneded by outer membrane separated by an elecron-lucent regin.
