摘要
本文应用PAGE和SDS-PAGE技术对曼氏迭宫绦虫成虫及其裂头蚴的可溶性蛋白作了初步分析及其分子量测定。PAGE:成虫显带23条,主带4条;裂头蚴显带18条,主带5条。SDS-PAGE:成虫显示37条区带、主带10条(分子量分别为71,63,53,44,41,33,30,22,20,10.5KD);裂头蚴显示24条区带,主带4条(分子量分别为54,41,36,33KD)。成虫和裂头蚴的蛋白电泳图谱及主带分布有显著差别。
Soluble proteins of the Spirometra mansoni and its larva were analysed by means of PAGE and SDS-PAGE.The results of PAGE showed 23 bands in adult and 18 bands in larva.Adult showed 4 major bands and larva showed 5.In SDS-PAGE,showed 37 bands in adult but 24 bands in larva.10 major bands showed in aduld (molecular weights:71,63,53,44,41,33,30,22,20,10.5KD) and 4 major bands showed in larva(54,41,36,33 KD).The results showed that there were dominant differences between adult and larva of Spirometra mansoni in the protein electrophoresis Paterns.
