摘要
检测囊虫病循环抗原(CA)时,预先用胰酶或木瓜酶消化可以使血清免疫复合物(1C)中的CA完全游离。用3.5%聚乙二醇(PEG)沉淀血清中的1G,再以胰酶消化,在抗体过量时CA的得率可达100%。应用ELISA双抗体夹心法检测自抗体过量型至抗原过量型的系列1C模拟血清,仅抗原过量时呈阳性;囊虫病人血清阳性率为43.1%(25/58),用胰酶消化后检测,由阴性变为阳性者占22.58%(7/31)。建议用PEG分离浓缩血清中的1C,再以胰酶或木瓜酶消化,以提高血清CA阳性率。
For the detection of circulating antigen (CA) of Cysticercosis cellulo sae,the CA could be liberated from the immune-complex (1C) in the serum completely by trypsin or papain digestion.1C in the serum precipitated by 3.5% polyethylene glyco (PEG) was digested by trypsin.The recovery rate of CA in antibody excess serum were 100%.Serial artificial 1C in antibody excess and antigen excess sera were detected by sandwich ELISA.The results showed that only antigen excess sera were positive.Positive rate of the sera from the patients with Cystcercosis cellulosae was 43.10% (25/58).After the other negative sera were digested by trypsin,the positive rate was 22.58% (7/31).We suggest that 1C in the patients sera be concentrated with PEG precipitation method,and then digested by trypsin or papain.It could raise the positive rates in the CA detection of the sera from the patients.
