摘要
针对闪速炉反应塔炉衬内壁形状检测诸方法中存在的不足,提出了采用红外点温仪对炉衬外壁连续扫描测温来判断内壁形状的检测方法。
There are several methods available for detecting the lining erosion state of the metallurgical furnace.However,each of them has its own shortcoming.Therefore,a new method is put forward in the paper.By this method,the lining shape is estimated by skin temperature field which is measured by an infrared nod temperature instrument outside the reaction tower.
