摘要 为实现轴流泵三维模型的自动生成,提出了基于AutoCAD与VB的参数化建模方法.基于AutoCAD的COM编程接口,通过数据对象创建数据库连接,以VB为编程语言,实现了轴流泵叶轮的参数化三维建模.采用雷诺平均Navier Stokes方程和标准k ε模型以及SIMPLEC算法,对轴流泵叶轮内流场进行了数值模拟,并基于模拟结果对轴流泵水力性能进行了预测.结果表明,数值模拟可以预测轴流泵的性能,为水力设计提供参考. To automatically generate the 3D model of axial-flow pumps, a parametric modeling method based on AutoCAD and VB was proposed. Based on the COM interface of AutoCAD, the impeller of an axial-flow pump was modeled by connecting the hydraulic model database through ADO and by using VB as programming language. The 3D flow field in an axial-flow pump was simulated using the mean Navier-Stokes equations, the standard k-ε turbulence model and the SIMPLEC algorithm, and from the simulated result, its hydraulic performances were predicted. The results show that the numerical simulation can predict the performances of axial-flow pumps so as to provide a reference for hydraulic design.
