使用不同浓度牛型提纯结核菌素(PPD)上眼脸皮内试验诊断猴结核病的研究

Study on Diagnosis of Monkey Tuberculosis by Using Different Concentrations of Bovine Type PPD with Upper Eyelid Intradermal Test

随机抽取的48只牛型老结核菌素(OT)阳性反应猴子和12只阴性反应猴子,分别使用2000IU/0.1ml的牛型PPD,对4个猴群共4895只猴子结核病检疫净化试验的结果表明,该浓度的牛型PPD是检疫净化猴群结核病的一个有效方法。近两年来,经用0.1ml含2000IU的牛型PPD,先后对出口的实验用猴共648只,全部符合结核病检疫阴性反应的健康条款。并且,从香港、美国引进的38只猴子,经用该方法检出结核病阳性反应猴1只。

Random colletion of 48 heads of monkey with positive reaction and 1 2 with negative have been tested by using bovine type OT,then they were respectively examined on diagnosis of monkey tuberculosis.There were 4895 heads Macaca rhesus from 4 monkey farms by using bovine type PPD of 2000IU/0.1 ml to be detected tuberculosis with continual 3 times,and the results indicated that it was an efficiency method for diagnosis of monkey tuberculosis.648 heads of Macaca rhesus have been respectively quarantined by bovine type PPD of 2000 IU/0.1 ml at upper eyelid intradermal test before exporting to,United states.United Kingdom,French,German and Japan during 2 years.All 648 heads of Macaca rhesus were passed with quarantine on tuberculosis in abovementioned countries.38 heads of Macaca rhesus imported from Hong Kong and the United States were quarantined by using above mentioned method of PPD,only one monkey with tuberculosis was detected.
