人体感染狭睾棘口吸虫的发现

Discovery on Infections of Echinostoma Angustitestis in Human

本文首次报道人体感染狭睾棘口吸虫。虫体长叶形,头棘41枚,睾丸较狭长,成虫和卵的大小分别为5.84～6.09×0.93～6.02和0.077～0.082×0.052～0.055mm。2例感染者有头昏、腹痛、腹泻等症状,用20mg/kg吡喹酮治疗,驱出的成虫发育良好,表明人是该虫适宜的终宿主。

Echinostoma angustitestis was designated in 1977 from adult worms which were obtained in the dog experimentally infected by Wang Puqin,with the cercariae separated from fresh-fish.Up to now,it hasn't been reported in human.In recent years,we firstly found two patrents with the infection of Echinostoma angusti testis,during our investigations on human intestinal parasite infections in Huotian Village.Yunxiao county,Fujian province.The patients had symptoms of dizzy,abdominal pain and aiarrhea etcd.it was efficacious to be treated with 20mg/kg Praziquantel.The adult worms acquined from patients developed well,indicating that human is a suitable terminal host for the worm.It's body long-leaf,with 41 head spines.The adult worms and their eggs,5.84~6.09×0.93~6.02mm and 0.77~0.082×0.052-0.055mm respectivelly.
