摘要
作者等在福建沿海采集水样与海产品分离河弧菌噬菌体,从201份水样中检出78株噬菌体(38.8%),从111份海产品中检出46株噬菌体(41.4%),并对裂解率较高、噬斑形态不同的VFP_1、VFP_2、VFP_3三株噬菌体作了鉴定。这些噬菌体裂解力强,3小时即出现清晰融合斑,增殖效价均可达10^(9~10)pfu/ml和10~4~10~5RTD。VFP_1噬斑直径在0.5~1.0mm间,无晕环;VFP_2噬斑直径在3~4mm间,周围有明显晕环;VFP_3噬斑直径在1.0~2.0mm间,无晕环。3株噬菌体均具严格的属种特异性,与较常见的5种弧菌和其它7种细菌,除原液对气单胞菌有2.22%裂解现象外(但10RTD即不裂解),均未见交叉裂解。
The bacteriophage of V.fluvialis was isolated from water and sea food collected from the counties along the coast in Fujian Province.78 bacteriophages (38.9%) were isolated from 201 samples of water and 46 strains (41.4%) from 111 samples of sea food.3 bacteriophages,VFP1, VFP2 and VFP3,with different plaques shape and high lysis rate were identified.These bacterio-phages had great lysisability and clear amalgamate appeared in 3 hrs.The multipliable valence of the phage attained to 109~10 pfu/ml and 104~105RTD.The plaque diameter of VFP1 was 0.5~ 1.0 mm,VFP3 1.0~2.0mm,and VFP2 3~4 mm.In VFP,and VFP3 halozone wasn't found,In VFP2 halozone clear plagues was seen.3 strains of bacteriophage had strict species specificity.Except lysis rate of the original solution with the bacteriophage to Aeromonas being 2.22%,across-Iysis was not found in 5 common strains.
