摘要
【目的】评价水溶性抗氧化剂的快速输注对川崎病后冠状动脉内皮功能的影响。【方法】对 39例有川崎病史者分别行静脉内输注水溶性抗氧化剂或安慰剂 ,在输注前后应用超声技术评价冠状动脉的内皮功能。【结果】19例有川崎病病史患者行抗氧化剂静脉输注后冷加压试验诱导的冠状动脉左主干内径百分变化率明显增加 (从 1.6 %± 6 .0 %增加到 6 .5 %± 5 .1% ,P <0 .0 1) ,2 0例输注安慰剂后冷加压试验诱导的冠状动脉左主干内径百分变化率无明显增加 (从 0 .35 %± 3.0 %到 0 .5 %± 3.2 % ,P >0 .0 5 )。【结论】快速静脉内输注抗氧化剂可使川崎病后受损的冠状动脉内皮功能得以恢复。
To evaluate the effects of water-soluble antioxidant via rapid infusion on the coronary endothelial function after Kawasaki disease (KD) by echocardiography.The coronary endothelial functions in 39 patients with previous history of KD were assessed before and after water-soluble antioxidant or placebo were infused intravenously.Intravenous infusion of antioxidant in 19 patients with history of KD significantly increased the percent change in their left main coronary artery diameter induced by the cold pressor test (from 1.6 %±6.0% to 6.5%±5.1%; P<0.01). Twenty patients in placebo group with history of KD revealed no significant increase of the percent change in the left main coronary artery diameter induced by the cold pressor test (from 0.35%±3.0% to 0.5%±3.2% ;P>0.05).[Conclusion]Coronary artery endothelial dysfunction can be restored through rapid intravenous infusion of antioxidant.
