摘要
【目的】探讨运用 2 0MHz超高频超声对眼、甲状腺、乳腺、男性生殖器、浅表淋巴结及皮肤等组织器官病变的诊断及临床应用价值。【方法】运用 2 0MHz与 7.5MHz的探头分别检查 98例浅表器官病变的形态、大小及血流状况。【结果】① 2 0MHz超高频超声对乳腺、甲状腺肿块内沙粒状钙化灶的检出率明显高于 7.5MHz高频超声 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,明显提高了恶性病变的诊断率 ;② 2 0MHz超高频超声可以明确显示小的病灶及细小管状结构的病变如晶体浑浊、乳腺导管内乳头状瘤及癌伴乳腺导管扩张、输精管扩张、腮腺导管结石伴导管扩张、阴茎硬结病变 ;③ 2 0MHz超高频超声可显示皮肤弥漫性或结节性病灶 ,明显提高病变诊断的准确性。【结论】2 0MHz超高频超声对于浅表器官及皮肤等病变的检查具有重要价值。
To evaluate the diagnostic and clinical significance of 20-MHz high frequency ultrasonography (HFU) in diseases of superficial organs and tissues(DSOT), such as eye, thyroid, breast, male reproductive organ, superficial lymph nodes and skin.The shape, size and condition of blood flow in 98 cases of DSOT were examined by HFU with 20-MHz and 7.5-MHz transducers separately.①The detection rate of micro-calcified lesions in breast and thyroid masses by 20-MHz transducer was obviously higher than that of 7.5-MHz transducer(P<0.05), significantly improving the rate of diagnosis for malignancy; ② 20-MHz HFU could clearly display small lesions and lesions with micro tubular structures, including opaque lens , breast intraductal papilloma and carcinoma with duct dilatation, dilatation of vas deferens, parotid duct stones with duct dilatation and penis sclerosed nodule, etc;③20-MHz HFU could show diffuse or nodular foci on skin and prominently increase the diagnostic accuracy of these lesions.[Conclusion]20-MHz HFU plays an important role in examination of DSOT and skin lesions.
