单克隆抗体夹心ABC-ELISA检测包虫病人循环抗原

Detection of Circulating Antigen in Human Hydatid Disease by Monoclonal Antibody Sandwich ABC-ELISA

应用生物素标记单克隆抗体进行夹心ABC-ELISA检测包虫病人血清循环抗原(HcAg),共检测包虫病人血清103份,62价呈阳性(60.19％);检测囊虫病人血清22份,其它寄生虫病血清54份,正常人血清101份,均未出现假阳性反应。常规ELISA血清抗体阴性的10例包虫病人HcAg 5例呈阳性。HcAg的检测对血清抗体阴性的包虫病人具有辅助诊断意义。

A sandwich ABC-ELISA using McAb against HCF antigen has been developed to detect circulating antigen in hydatidosis.The lower detection limit of the assay for the determination of HCF was 80 ng/ml.The circulating antigen was detected in 62 out of 103 sera of proved cases of hydatidosis (60.19%).No circulating antigen was detected among 22 sera of cases with cysticer- cosis,54 sera of cases with other parasitoses and 101 normal sera.5 out of 10 cases of hydatido-sis with negative antibody in ELISA were positive on circulating antigen.The results indicated that McAb sandwich ABC-ELISA could be used for the immunodiagnosis of hydatid disease.
