摘要
采用检测肺结核病人血清结核特异性循环免疫复合物(CIC)及抗体并结合痰菌涂片综合诊断163例肺结核病人,使综合诊断检出率由单独测抗体的85.3%及单独测CIC的77.3%提高到95.1%。结果还揭示,痰片抗酸菌阳性组的抗体阳性率为95.5%,几何滴度均数为265.1,均比痰片阴性组的抗体阳性率(81.8%)及几何滴度均数(84.8)有显著差异,说明肺结核病人排菌与其体内抗体呈正相关。而CIC的阳性率与痰菌阳性无明显关系。此外,在痰片漏检中,可用测抗体或CIC方法挽回其中80%左右的漏检。
One hundred and sixty three cases of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were comprehensively diagnosed by detecting tuberculous specific CIC (Circle Immune Complex) and antibody,and combining with sputum acid-fast staining.The rate of comprehensive diagnoses was increased to 95.1% from the rates of single antibody (85.3%) and single CIC (77.3%).The result also shows that the positive rate (95.5%) of antibody and the Geometric Mean (265.08) in the group of positive sputum acid-fast staining are significantly higher than the ones (81.8% and X=84.82) in the group of negative sputum acid-fast staining.It implies that the excretion of mycobacteria is relative to the level of tuberculous antibody,while the excretion of mycobac-teria is not relative to the positive rate of CIC.In addition,the items of specific tuberculous CIC or antibody can find 80% patients in the group of negative sputum acid-fast staining for compensation.
