摘要
文章主要介绍了利用单根光纤同时进行数据双向发送与接收功能的收发模块设计,它所能达到的最大传输速率为650Mbit/s,传输距离15km.文中给出了整个模块的设计过程及其测试结果.
In this prper, we introduce a new laser module which can transmit and receive data in the single fiber. The whole module has maxim transmission rate of 650 Mbit/s and transmission distance of 15 km. In additional, we present in detailed the design process and experiment results of whole module.
