摘要
将最优化生产管理技术 (OPT)思想应用于钢材的冶铸轧生产调度 ,给出优化的瓶颈工序生产调度模型。计算结果分析表明 ,适用于离散型生产系统的OPT在冶金生产系统同样取得提高生产利用率、缩短生产周期。
Applying the idea of optimized production technology(OPT)to production Scheduling of steel making,continuous casting and continuous rolling,the production scheduling model of optimized bottleneck process is presented.It is found from the calculation result that the OPT which apply to discrete type production system can gain outstanding effect of reducing production cycle and fall stock and cost.
