摘要
本文报道了从四川汶川地区分离的两株杜氏利什曼原虫(人分离株和犬分离株)前鞭毛体在培养中的生物学特征。犬株的生长迟缓期较长,为6~7天,人株仅2天。人株和犬株前鞭毛体达到增殖高峰的时间分别在培养6天和10天。人株梭状前鞭毛体大小(长×宽)为6.68~10.02×1.17~1.84μm(平均8.77×1.59μm),成熟前鞭毛体为11.69~18.37×1.17~1.67μm(平均14.41×1.59μm)。犬株梭状前鞭毛体为8.35~11.69×1.67~2.00μm(平均10.25×1.93μm),成熟前鞭毛体为13.36~21.71×1.50~2.17μm(平均15.97×1.85μm)。两株原虫前鞭毛体的大小差异有显著的统计学意义,两者的生长曲线亦有差别。
This article reports on the biologic characteristics in culture period of promastigotes of two isolates,L.d human isolate and L.d canine isolate,in Wenchuan County,Sichuan,The slow growth period of L.d canine isolate (6-7days) was longer than that of L.d human isolate (only 2 days).Two isolates reached their reproduction peaks 10 and 6 days after being inoculated,respectively.In size,length x width,the shuttlelike type of promastigotes of L.d human isolate was 1.17~1.84×6.68~10.02μm(mean 1.59×8.77μm)and the mature type was 1.17~1.67×11.69~18.37μm(mean 1.59X14.41μm).The two types of L.d canine isolate were 1.67-2.00×8.35~11.69μm) (mean 1.93×10.25μm) and 1.50~2.17×13.36~ 21.71μm (mean 1.85×15.97μm) respectively.There was remarkably statistical significance in their differences in size.The resultalso showed the difference in their growth curves.
