小孔钻削加工自适应控制

摘要 本文介绍了一种用单片机探制的小型台钻,它可以实现小孔钻削加工自适应控制.应用装在钻床夹具与工作台之间的测扭、测力压电日用品体传感器,同时测量轴向力与扭矩的变化值,根据所测扭矩、轴向力大小调整钻削进给量,控制钻头轴向进退及排屑,从而保证小孔、深孔的加工效率与可靠性. In this paper,a kind of bench-type drilling machine n miniature is introduced,which is controlled by single chip microcomputer,and with which adaptive control in pinhole drilling mpachining can come true.Piezoquartz sensor mounted between drill press's jig and workbench is used for measuring torque and force.Through measuring the change of the two parameters mentioned above at the same time,the aiguille's moving forward and backward and scrap's discharging can be controlled.According to the torque and axial force got,the feed is modulated and the validity and reliability of the manufacture of the pinhole and deep hole is insured.
