Flood and waterlog disaster and control measures for Liaocheng

聊城市由于受气候与地理条件的综合影响,自古以来洪涝灾害相当频繁。改革开放以来,城市建设发展速度非常快,而防洪、排涝工作却滞后经济的发展,防洪、排涝工程存在很多隐患,对人民的生活、生产及其他方面留下了很多潜在的危害。由此,提出聊城城市减灾对策研究,供大家探讨。

Flood and waterlog disaster occurs frequently in Liaocheng because of synthetical effect of climate and geography. Since China's reform and opening up, urban building of Liaocheng develops very fast. However, the work of preventing flood and waterlog lags behind economic development. Existent Hooding and logging control measures have many hidden troubles, which are potential danger for people's living and production. So, some measures are put forward for flooding and logging control in this paper.
