煤矸石在水利工程中的应用研究

煤矸石是采煤业排出的副产品。目前,国内煤矸石主要用于制造矸石砖、矸石砼、矸石水泥等一般性民用建筑工程,用于堤坝等水利工程尚不多见。作为煤矸石在水利工程中的应用实例,本文从徐庄矿煤矸石的化学特性、矿物成分、建筑材料等技术性能及对周围水环境的影响方面,简要介绍了煤矸石在南四湖湖西大堤复滩工程中的应用及研究。南四湖湖西大堤复滩工程应用说明,煤矸石的各项性能均满足工程要求;同时,由于煤矸石可就地取材,故工程造价低;工程投资分析比较说明,煤矸石方案比常规土料方案可节省工程投资32％。。

Gangue is a kind of by-products of coalmining. In our country, it is mainly used as general civil engineering construction materials such as gangue bricks, gangue concrete , gangue cement currently. It is seldom applied in hydraulic engineering such as dam embankment and so on. As an example of gangue application in hydraulic engineering, the research and application of the gangue in Nansihu beach rebuilt engineering are introduced briefly by the technical performance of the chemical characteristics, mineral components, construction quality and the water environmental effects of the gangue in Xuzhuang coal field. It is verified that each characteristics can fill the engineering requirements. As the gangue can be got locally, the engineering costs are reduced, this is up to 32% compared with using traditional materials.
