摘要
盯住美元的人民币汇率制度是中国经济快速增长的重要条件 ,然而它却成为世界主要工业国家指责的目标 ,使中国承受了人民币升值的压力。本文阐明美日欧要求中国改变人民币汇率的经济政治原因以及相应的实力和策略 ,提出了中国的应对办法和制度选择 ,结论是中期人民币实行浮动汇率 ,近期保留现行汇率制度 ,但允许人民币在 10 %幅度内升值。
RMB exchange rate system focused on US dollars is an important reason for the rapid growth of China's economy. Yet, it has become the target of blame from important industrious countries in the world, which put great pressure on China's RMB revaluing. The article expounds the economic and political reasons why the US, Japan and Europe demanded China to change RMB exchange rate and relevant strength and strategies, putting forward countermeasures and system choice for China with the conclusion that RMB should carry out floating rate for the middle term; keep the present rate system recently with the permission of revaluation within 10%.
