缺铁性贫血前期患者红细胞参数测定的临床意义

Clinical Significance of Changes within Red Blood Cell Parameters of Patients with Iron Deficiency Anemia in the Early Stage

[目的 ]探讨缺铁性贫血前期红细胞参数的改变。 [方法 ]实验组 6 5名 ,血红蛋白 >1 1 0 g/L ,平均红细胞血红蛋白含量 <2 7pg ,对照组 4 0名 ,血红蛋白 >1 1 0 g/L ,平均红细胞血红蛋白含量 2 7～ 31 pg ,比较两组的红细胞比积 ,平均红细胞容积 ,平均红细胞血红蛋白含量 ,平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度 ,红细胞体积分布宽度 ,血清铁蛋白SF ,瑞氏染色观察红细胞改变。 [结果 ]发现实验组的平均红细胞体积 ,平均红细胞血红蛋白含量 ,血清铁蛋白明显较对照组降低 ,红细胞比积也有降低 ,而红细胞数量明显增加。 [结论 ]实验组的血红蛋白含量正常 ,但存在铁贮备降低的情况 ,称之为缺铁性贫血前期 ,其红细胞参数的最明显的特征是血红蛋白 ,平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度正常 ,红细胞数量明显增加 ,而平均红细胞体积和平均红细胞血红蛋白含量明显降低。

To study the changes within red blood cell parameters and SF of iron deficiency anemia in the early stage.Red blood cell parameters and SF of 65 examinees with Hb>110g/L,MCH<27pg were detected by a MEK 6318 type auto blood cell counter ,40 cases with Hb>110g/L,MCH27～31pg as control group.MCV, MCH ,SF and Hct in exam group were lower than those in control group. Meanwhile, RBC in these group was higher than that in control .[Conclusion]The SF of exam group was lower than control group, Hb >110g/L, which was called early stage of the iron deficiency anemia. The detection of red blood cell parameters provides a easy, rapid, reliable way as a comment of iron deficiency anemia in the early stage.
