摘要
本文分析了新时期导游工作面临的机遇和挑战,导游队伍的现状以及限制导游成材的因素,进而提出了导游人才培养的策略:严格规范导游资格考试,强化导游考核制度;创新培训模式,提高培训质量;革新用人机制,优化人才环境;变革导游管理体制,调动导游工作积极性。
Based on the analysis of the opportunities and challenges that the tour guides face in the new period, this paper summarizes the present situation of tour guide team and the factors that stop tour guides becoming professionals. Finally, the measures of tour guide team construction is put forward.We should strictly standardize tour guide qualification examination and strengthen examination system, create new training model and promote the training quality,innovate employment mechanism and better professional environment, and change the management system of tour guides to mobilize the tour guides' working enthusiasm.
