Renowned Trademark Identification and Protection System in China——a review of the "Trademark Identification and Protection Regulations

以国家工商行政管理总局令第54号发布,以2003年6月1日起实施的《驰名商标认定和保护规定》为基点,结合国际国内相关规定,对驰名商标进行了较为全面的分析和定位,特别是关于驰名商标的认定和保护问题,以期进一步完善我国驰名商标制度。

On the basis of the 'Trademark Identification and Protection Regulations' issued as 54th Document of the State Industrial, Commercial and Administrative General Bureau to be put into effect on and from June 1, 2003, this article offers an overall analysis and orientation of well-known trademarks, especially with regard to their identification and protection in combination of the relevant domestic and international stipulations.
