论我国政府信息公开制度的完善——由非典危机引发的思考

On Perfection of the System of Publicizing the Governmental Information

政府信息公开是维护社会稳定的重要举措。在发生突发危机事件时 ,作为一个负责任的政府 ,应主动、准确、及时地向公众公开其掌握的有关信息。这次非典危机暴露出我国政府信息公开制度存在的诸多问题 ,针对这些问题从观念、体制、立法上进行完善 。

Publicizing the governmental information is the important measure to stablize society. As a responsible government,she should open the information initiatively, accurately and timely when sudden crisis happens.The crisis of SARS exposes that our system of publicizing the governmental information has some problems. Perfecting it ideologically,systematically and legislatively will speed up the publicization of the governmental information .
