当今世界进入了知识经济和全球一体化发展的阶段,体现新时代最核心竞争力的是人才,世界各国无不为争夺人才而处心积虑,手段百出。我国作为世界上经济发展最快的国家,人才的缺乏越来越成为制约经济发展的"瓶颈"。本文主要分析当今世界人力资源的现状和特点及我国存在的问题,提出了我国积极应对世界人才争夺战的策略和方法。

Nowadays the world has entered into a new stage of knowledge economy and globalization. Talented personals, who embody the central competitiveness, are fought for by many countries. Therefore, talented persons become the 'Jar neck' of china, which is becoming the fastest developing country in the world. This paper analyze the current situation and characters of the world manpower resources, and the problems occurring in china, to which the another gives his suggestion here.
