Cultures develop when then they are exchanging and absorbing from each other. In the modern China history. China learned western countries' technology and economy at first. Then the political system and cuture. Economic reform should conduct together with the political reform and the renewal of the old ideas. We should absorb the foreign cultural achievement to reform and pefect Chinese culture and push the whole society move forward.
