摘要
教师素质的培养是基础教育改革的关键 ,在教育教学活动中 ,教师要加强道德素质修养 ,树立素质教育观念 ,通过对教师进行继续教育 ,提高教师自身的整体素质 ,以适应高质量的基础教育发展的要求 ,为社会培养具有综合素质的人才。
It is the hinge that the elementary education is reformed that teacher character is cultivated ,and in the education teaching activity, teacher will strengthen the thought moral character accomplishment, and sets up the character education concept ,and by way of continuing education, self the entire character raised teacher to teacher, the requirement of elementary education development in order to suit the high quality cultivates person of ability that possesses synthetical character for the society.
