Discussion on the Incentive System of the Open Educational Online Distance Learning Platform

本文通过对目前网络学习平台的动力机制进行分析 ,阐述网络学习平台动力机制的创设和实施。讨论了网络学习平台必须注重“自主学习、兴趣激励、评价与监控”的教育动力机制及“积分式网络教学管理机制的创设 ,以激发学习者不断进取的信心和动力。

Based on the analysis of the incentive system of the current online learning platform,this essay discusses the establishment and implementation of the online learning platform incentive system.It also points out that the establishment of the educational incentive system with“autonomic learning,interest prompting,evaluation and monitoring”must be a focus in online learning platform,so as to stimulate the confidence and incentives of the learners.
