Impact of Partial Coherent Beams Transmitting Through Strong Turbulence on Log-Intensity Variance

摘要 在Rytov方差的基础上,利用Andrews的唯像闪烁模型,推导出部分相干光通过强大气湍流后的对数光强起伏方差,并在此基础上进行了仿真。结果表明:当光源的相干性变差,即变为部分相干光后,对数光强起伏方差变小;当采用多束部分相干光通过大气湍流时,接收面上光强起伏方差得到明显改善,而且光束越多,改善越明显。但利用部分相干光通信时,传输距离受限制,所以,光源的相干参数选择要适当。 On the basis of Rytov抯 variance and using Andrews?model, log-intensity variance for partial coherent beam transmitting through strong turbulence is deduced in this paper. The result shows that the light becomes partial coherent light as the light source抯 coherence is worse, and the log-intensity variance on the receiving plane decreases as well. The log-intensity variance is reduced distinctly when making use of multiple beams. So, the value of coherence parameter must be chosen properly.
