摘要
小麦是世界上最主要的粮食作物之一 ,世界各主产国对小麦品质性状开展了深入地研究。本文从影响小麦品质的主要方面 ,如小麦籽粒蛋白质数量和质量 ,小麦籽粒硬度 ,小麦面粉粉色 ,小麦籽粒淀粉品质 ,小麦收获前穗发芽等综述了当前转基因和分子标记辅助选择研究现状和研究进展 ,并对研究中存在的问题进行了讨论。
Wheat is one of the most important crops in the world. Studies on wheat qualitative traits have been undertaking intensively. This paper reviewed current research status and advances of transgenic and molecular markers assisted selection on wheat qualitative traits such as like protein content and quality of wheat grains, grain hardness, wheat flour color, wheat grain starch quality and pre-harvest sprouting. Problems in current research also were discussed.
