中国西北干旱地区的水资源

Water Resources in the Arid Zone of Northwest China

据统计,在中国西北干旱地区供开发利用的河川径流资源约为140KM^3,山前平原地区还有与地表水不重复的地下水资源11KM^3,流出境外的河川径流资源为56.5KM^3,目前状况区内总用水量已达62.6KM^3。从现状分析,水资源利用已进入紧缺状态,因此从现在起,水资源利用不仅要促进区域经济发展、而且还要保护和改善环境。为此建议采取协调水资源利用的经济效益和生态环境效益,开展以流域为单元的水资源合理利用和管理,建设和优化绿洲生态系统,开展节水,保障区内生态林草和人工造林用。

According to statistieal data, there are about 140KM3 of streamflow available for development and utilization in arid zone of Northwest China, in addition, there are also 11 KM3of groundwater resources non-repeated with Surface Water in the piedmont plains. The river water fowingout of the zone approximate to 56. 5KM3. At present the total water consumption has reached up to 62. 6 KM3 within the zone and the water resources utilization is in a critical condition. From now on the development and u-tilization of water resource not only requires to promote regional economy but also needs to protect and improve the environment. Meusures are recommended to harmonize economical interest with ecological environment benefat , to utilize and manage water resources rationally in the water river basin, to establish optimum oasis ecosystem, to save water and guarantee the water reqirement of ecological bush and grasses and artificial afforestation.
