摘要
精益生产方式从顾客不同需求为出发 ,核心是消除浪费和持续改进。当今煤炭生产包括煤炭采掘和煤炭加工两大过程 ,本文分析了煤炭生产过程 ,总结提出了煤炭生产的特点 。
Lean Production is to meet to the custom's demand.It's core thought is to eliminate waste and continuously improve.Nowaday coal production including t w o processes coal mining and coal processing.The characters of coal production ar e generalized here.And then the adaptability of Lean Production in coal product ion is analyzed.
