摘要
介绍了高速数据采集卡的设计方法 ,给出了系统硬件的各个部分的组成 ,对设计到的关键技术进行了分析说明 ,最后给出实验结果并进行了误差分析 ,本采集卡可以采集到 30GHz的高频信号。
