摘要
分析了我国当前社会经济环境和现有的会计特征 ,指出目前法律环境中存在的会计信息法律问题及产生问题的原因 。
The text analysed our country's present enviroment of social economy an d accounting charactors,pointed out the law problems and the reason of causing p roblems in legal system,put forward the first step of imagination to solve the p roblems.
